  Introduction

Positive under Pressure programmes are designed to help you make changes in your life so that you can thrive under pressure and enjoy yourself more. Each course is tailor-made using basic models to fit the required length of programme. The aim is to make the most of your time, whether at a 30 minute slot in the conference, or in a one week’s intensive training programme.

A combination of lectures, individual ,small group and class work is alternated throughout the session. A variety of communication media such as overheads, slides and music, is used to maintain your interest.

You will find out a lot about yourself and your response to pressure in both your personal and professional life. You are taught to determine how and when your pressure becomes detrimental to yourself and are taught how to make positive changes at this point. Relaxation techniques, energising manoeuvres and cerebral gymnastics designed to get your mind into shape are interspersed throughout the programme.

Participants have particularly enjoyed the way Gael and Malcolm share the positive and negative aspects of their experiences and lives including having overcome personal difficulties and problems.

The course shows you a selection of techniques, which Gael and Malcolm have proven work, and allow you to select the ones which work for you.

You will take away a set of ‘Reminder Cards’ to reinforce your learning during the following month.
